What is private label and what is co-packing?
Private label coffee lets you build your own brand while we handle the sourcing, roasting, and packaging. The finished product is customized with your branding and ready for sale. With co-packing, you provide the coffee and product specifications, and we produce a finished product ready for sale under your brand.
What is the difference between private label and co-packing?
With private label, we source, roast, and package the coffee for your brand. With co-packing, you supply the coffee or ingredients, and we handle production and packaging.
What are your anticipated lead times?
Once all materials are received, production typically takes 4–6 weeks. For custom packaging projects, please allow an additional 4–6 weeks for packaging production.
What is your minimum order quantity?
Our minimum order quantity starts at a pallet of finished product. The unit minimum varies depending on product format:
- Classic Pods: 12,000 units
- envipods®: 12,000 units
- Bagged Coffee: 1,500 pounds
- Capsules: 39,000 units
- Sachets, Pour Over, Fracs: 6,000 units
Do you offer custom ingredient blending or functional coffee products?
No! Our primary focus is traditional coffee roasting and packaging. If you have a unique product concept, contact our team and we'll review the project to determine if it's a fit for our capabilities.
What information should I have before requesting a quote?
To provide the most accurate quote, it's helpful to know your product format, packaging type, estimated volume, coffee sourcing preference (yours or ours), and whether custom packaging is required.
Can I receive samples before placing an order?
Yes! Sampling options are available to help evaluate coffee selections, roast profiles, and packaging formats before moving into production.
Do you supply white label packaging?
No! We don't stock white-label packaging in-house, but we're happy to source custom-branded materials for you.
Do you offer drop shipping services?
No! We do not offer drop shipping services at our facility.
Do you offer assistance in artwork development?
No! We don't offer artwork services. We do, however, provide precise dielines to help you get your designs started.
Do you offer formulation and product development?
We understand that every project is unique. If you have specific requirements, reach out to our team and we'll evaluate your request based on the product, packaging, and production needs.
What certifications and quality standards do you hold?
We are SQF (Safe Quality Food) certified, and maintain USDA Organic and OU Kosher certifications. Please note that these certifications apply to our facility and processes and do not automatically transfer to your brand or finished products.
