"I’ve been ordering coffees from FRC for some time. Each experience is very gratifying. Normally, I place an order for myself not only myself, and but a friend or two who also really enjoy the FRC experience. Of late, I’ve been ordering the Sidamo half-Caffeine and the Organic Mexican for my friend. The Sidamo is very well balanced, full bodied, with moderate acidity and a clean aftertaste. Flavor notes are chocolate and dark berry. The caffeine level is spot on and the blend of the two beans is spot on."
"FRC, Your coffee is the best! I recommend it to friends always. I dislike your recommended “Delivery Guarantee” (DG) option at checkout. If DG is not purchased, it implies the customer is responsible for cost of goods if lost or damaged in transit. It is the shippers responsibility regardless of cost to make sure product is delivered as promised. Transportation companies (Fedex/UPS/USPS) cover the first $100 in liability at no cost to the shipper if product is lost or damaged. I purchase DG reluctantly to avoid hassles but consider this FRC option/fee somewhat deceiving. Please consider removing it for shipments under $100 if you what customers to fund internal insurance costs. Respectfully, A loyal customer."
