Q&A

How many ounces does one pod make?
Hello! Our pods are best suited to make 8 oz. of coffee, however many Keurig brewers have multiple cups settings, which will be stronger or weaker depending on the cup size. Team FRC
How many mg of caffeine are in each k-cup pod?
That's a little difficult to answer, but we'll try to give you the most accurate information we can. First of all, we do NOT do lab testing so we can't give you the exact amount of caffeine in a cup of coffee, but typically, regular coffee has about 95 mgs per 8 oz brewed cup. Our half caf coffees are a 50/50 mix of our regular organic Mexican and our Swiss Water Decaf Mexican (the Swiss Water process removes 99.9% of caffeine.) In other words, we'd estimate the caffeine content to be between 40-50 mgs per brewed coffee pod. Thanks for your question! --Team FRC
